A BIG Change

Rice-o-Rama 2012
A cool, cloudy start to the day .. it was a pleasant ride to Oxford, MA for Rice-o-rama. I headed south down into Stafford Springs, CT to meet up, and then east.
It was a great turnout with plenty of vendors, bikes and people milling about.

Labor Day weekend 2012
Well, it was a good weekend for riding... and I did what I could.
On Friday was a trip down thru Manchester, CT and Hartford, stopping at Gengras Harley, Corey's Catsup & Mustard and TSI Harley. The day started out cool and I was wearing a jacket but that did not last long as it got into the low 90s.
On Monday was a couples ride up River Rd from Northampton, MA to Sugarbush and onto Greenfield and back down south again on the other side of the Connecticut river thru Montague, Sunderland and Hadley. A very pleasant time.

Attending the BritJam
A nice ride down to the BritJam in Haddam, CT on August 19th. From Belchertown to Westfield, then Agawam into Suffield, CT. Picking up travelers along the way.
We finally cutover to route 5 thru East Hartford, then to route 17 to route 66, then route 151 into Haddam and the Haddam Neck Fairgrounds. About 80 miles.
Plenty of people were in attendance, with a lot of old bikes of all types ... but a lot of British bikes as expected.
On the way out, we started out reversing or tracks but then hopped on 91 North. I cut thru Enfield into E. Longmeadow then Wilbraham and Ludlow to Belchertown.
Another 70 miles.
